Order/Return Policy: Any new product still in the original wrapping can be returned. Credit will be given when the returned product is received. To make arrangements to return a product include all pertinent information in your email: bfbride@comcast.net . A return authorization will be issued to you for your product. Any product returned without a properly issued return authorization number will receive no credit.
Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects. Should it fail to meet your expectations, or is damaged in any way, simply email us within (3) days of receiving your order and we will issue a return authorization number to pick it up. We will replace it or credit your account, which ever you prefer.
Delivery of Gifts : All gifts will be delivered to the address provided by the Payor.You also have the option to have the gift delivered to the address of your choosing. We will notify the bride and groom of purchases made. All gifts will include a gift card and any message you wish to include.
Shipping and Handling: Orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL. Please allow 3 -5 weeks for the creation and shipping of your customized Veil/Accessory orders. All other orders shipped subject to vendors/manufacturers terms. i.e., orders shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer Invitations or BFB Couture or Custom Gowns inquire of production start and ship dates. Shipping and handling charges are calculated according to standard industry pricing accordingly to product.
